this is a graphic overlay, anderson cooper is "weatherman & will.i.am is the map.
anderson cooper is obviously lying that he can see it. he can see it on screen, not in front of him.
i'd have to say that these Dennou AR Figures are far more impressive & holographicish, but still just a clever trick. but the AR figures are a wired application of a interactive video interface.
this is the same thing @ the consumer lever in japan.
